The challenge
Plant managers were running on gut feel and end-of-shift paper reports. OEE data lived in the MES, scrap data lived in the ERP, and maintenance logs lived in a spreadsheet. Nobody had a single view of equipment effectiveness, and by the time a trend became visible it had already cost the plant days of lost production.

- Built real-time OEE, availability, performance, and quality dashboards using Superset's native time-series charts.
